Corn Cob

Corncob, an agro product, that is absorbent, smooth flowing and is available in different grain sizes as per the required applications. The corn cob grains have high abrasion resistance, good moisture absorption, low specific gravity and are employed mainly for drying in the Rotary Dryers and Vibratory Dryers. In addition they are also pretreated with some polishing agents and used for polishing in the Centrifugal High Energy finishing machines to impart extra high gloss on the components.

Pretreated Corncob

The pretreated corn cob is ideal for dry polishing of various metal parts in high energy barrel finishing machines. This is to impart high gloss on the components.

Walnut Shell

Walnut Shells are ground into various grain sizes. They are hard and fibrous and are considered as "soft abrasive". Being extremely durable, walnut shells are used for cleaning and polishing of Heat-treated components, Jewellery, Watches, etc.
