By centrifugation, the solids contained in the waste water generated by surface finishing processes are separated and solidified to form a consistent sludge cake. Provided certain process parameters are met, a recycling of the processing liquids is possible.

• Self-priming centrifuge with low water inlet, a storage tank or circulation tank are not required.
• Sturdy, interchangeable sludge collector to be evacuated within 5 minutes.
• Sludge collector, with bottom discharge. The sludge is not submerged in water.
• Storage tank for the purified liquids, with pump to recirculate to machines.
• Control cabinet with timer and level control.
