Centrifugal High Energy Barrel Machines

ActOn's High Energy Centrifugal finishing machines are possibly the most aggressive of the finishing systems available in the industry.

The equipments are designed and manufactured to a very high quality, standards and perfection.

The drive system comprises of barrels (3 or 4) mounted on a turret assembly with heavy duty bearings.

Split bearings are used as an option where down times are critical.

The high 'g' force which is a resultant of the centrifugal force generated by the drive mechanism reduces process times considerably and has applications in most industries manufacturing components out of tough alloy steels.

The high energy machine also have applications in industries manufacturing softer alloy materials.

Components can be processed dry/wet and depending on the application our engineers will assist you.
