ActOn designs, develops and manufactures a range of standard Vibratory & High Energy Barrel finishing machines. We also have customised solutions integrated with high levels of automation. The solutions are more process based to ensure our customers get most value for the investment.

Vibratory Finishing

Vibratory Bowls

With three basic designs and six standard sizes ranging from 1 cu ft to 30 cu ft to choose from, ActOn Finishing can offer a machine to suit your application. With or without separation or combined with a magnetic separator the Bowl machines are simple to operate and highly efficient


Vibratory Tubs

The Tub machine is particularly good for large components. Whether long or awkward in shape and size, most parts can be processed with ease.

With nine standard sizes and an almost infinite combination of lengths and widths to choose from you will never be stuck.


Dryers

These equipments are used to dry the wet components that come out of the Vibratory Finishing Machine / Centrifugal High Energy Finishing Machine thus preventing the components from corrosion. Suitable drying media is used to absorb the moisture from the components


Duals

The Orbital Dual Finisher provides deburring and drying in one unit.

This space saving machine Complements ActOn Finishing's range of vibratory surface finishing machines, it gives the advantage of economic processing by deburring and drying in one unit.

Auxillary Equipment

Dosing Unit

The VIBROTA compound dosing system is supplied as a freestanding unit and will neatly house 2 x 25 kg compound containers.

To comply with local Water Authority regulations the liquid compound and water are dosed separately to the vibratory equipments via a dual feed system, eliminating the need for expensive header tanks to be fitted.

Centrifugal High Energy Finishing

High Energy Machines

ActOn's Centrifugal High Energy Finishing Barrel Machines generate very high g-force. These machines are well engineered and semi automated to process various components in a very short time as compared to alternate methods of mass finishing.


High Energy Polishing

The high energy Centrifugal polishing machine is specifically designed to process small components / small batches which require a high level of polish. They can be used for both dry and wet process.


Pre Owned Machines

We carry a range of machines which are pre owned or refurbished. All equipment is completely tested to the standard before it is offered for sale.

 

Spares and Refurbishments

We can refurbish your machines, saving the cost of a new installation. We can also supply geniune parts for all machines and refurbishments.
