Bowl Type

With three basic designs and six standard sizes ranging from 1 cu ft to 30 cu ft to choose from, ActOn Finishing can offer a machine to suit your application. With or without separation or combined with a magnetic separator the Bowl machines are simple to operate and highly efficient.

All machines are supplied with:

• An acoustic lid, balanced for ease of use.
• Spun steel work chamber with hot cured polyurethane lining.
• Single / dual speed motor with sealed bearings for maintenance free running.
• Pneumatically operated flap / door / lid available as an option
• A unique separation screen, changeable in minutes without the use of any tools gives a simple and easy to use system.

These machines are suitable for deburring, descaling, burnishing, polishing, radiusing, cleaning and surface improvement.

Bench Bowls - VB1/VB1s

This bench mountable, 1 cu ft vibratory bowl machine is available in two models, with or without separation.

Ideally suited for small batches, one offs and delicate components.

This one-piece polyurethane moulding is a highly efficient work centre.

With interchangeable screens and inverse separation possible, the VB1s is a versatile machine that can be used for deburring, burnishing, radiusing, descaling, polishing, cleaning and surface improvement.
